They handled the interior steam-cleaning, stain removal, and full exterior hand wash + polish with real care. My vehicle looks and feels like new again. Super happy with the interior cleaning job! My car hasn’t looked this clean in ages. They took their time and paid attention to every little detail inside and out. Brought my vehicle there last week. When I picked up everything initially looked good but the shop is quite dark. Once I was out in the daylight I started seeing lots of stuff that was missed, and a lot of my carpet didn’t look like it had been steam cleaned. I messaged them letting them know and sending photos. It took a long time to get a response but they apologized and asked me to bring it back in the next day. I live clear across town and worked the next few days so it wouldn’t have been possible. I asked for a $50 refund which I felt was fair considering the detail was almost $400. After that they ghosted me and there was no further communication from them. Would not recommend them for detailing or for customer service.
