Asked delivery truck to block road to make delivery. Ample room in the back of the business to make deliveries z Refused to ask the driver to park elsewhere when I asked them too. Pretended to not understand what I was asking. Would rather customers back up dangerously into 3 way and “ turn around” than do the right thing.

I usually do not post reviews much but due to my experience here I had to. I have visited this salon a few times for eyebrow services without any issues. However, during my most recent visit last weekend, I experienced a skin burn in the area between my eyebrows. Initially, I assumed it was temporary redness from waxing and did not think much of it. After a couple of days, it became clear that it was an actual burn. Instead of immediately posting a negative review, I chose to return to the salon in person to inform them of the situation. Unfortunately, the response I received was disappointing. Rather than showing concern, the staff appeared dismissive. I was told that they “never wax between the eyebrows,” which was surprising and frustrating to hear, as that is exactly what was done during my appointment. After some discussion, I received a brief apology, but there was little acknowledgment of the issue or effort to address it appropriately. I understand that mistakes can happen in any service-based business. However, what truly matters is how those situations are handled. In this case, the lack of accountability and customer care was disappointing. I hope this feedback encourages better attention to both service quality and customer experience in the future.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience this time. I asked for a specific nail length, and they were cut much shorter than what I requested. I only got a French design, yet the lines are uneven and poorly done. The design was also supposed to include a small ribbon. She tried several times to do it but was not able to achieve it properly, possibly because the nail ended up being too short. The filing was extremely rough, and now my nails feel very sensitive. This was especially upsetting because I had an important trip, and my nails looked badly done. The lady who attended did me not have a good attitude; I felt like I was being served unwillingly. I have had pedicures here before and they were fine, but this was my first time getting a full set on my hands, and honestly, the result was very poor. I expected much better.

I have been coming here for the past year for gel nails and shellac pedicures and have always had the best service and the best nails! Mia is soooo talented and so fun to visit with. The salon is always welcoming, the staff are very friendly and very accommodating (I’ve had a broken nail emergency and they always squeeze me in). It’s always a treat to visit!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!! This salon gave me one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. I went in for a manicure and a pedicure. during the pedicure, the lady used a sugar scrub on my feet/legs and scrubbed so hard until my skin was hurting. the manicure was the worst part however, i left with nails that had hooks on the end, nails that were not straight, nails that you could see through since she only put one coat of polish on, and a throbbing sensation on all of my natural nails. The lady filed my natural nails down until they were extremely thin and brittle. (I still paid the full amount for both services, plus tip!) I called the salon 2 days after asking for them to be completely removed and to get a refund issued as they were still hurting. I went the next day for my appointment and was told that they could not be removed (i even asked about a soak off to which they told me that you can not remove gel with Acetone. You absolutely can which leads me to believe they did not actually use gel on my nails) They would not remove the nails at all and barely even shortened them for me. I once again asked if i could be refunded and the lady at the desk gave me a whole speech about how it is my fault for putting too much pressure on my nails and causing them to hurt, she also told me that my natural nails are too thin ( I havent had gel nails for over a month and my nails were VERY healthy when i went in). The entire experience was absolutely horrible and I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY
