Amazing Staff! Shoutout Deanna It’s been 8 years since I’ve stepped foot into a gym, I used to go religiously but life caught up to me. I decided to check out Evolve and was blown away by the welcoming culture. I won’t lie I was a little nervous to go back. I spoke to Deanna (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) and she was so welcoming. Her genuine investment in the success of me reaching my fitness goals helped me stay accountable; especially on the days that I woke up. “not feeling like it.” Her face would light up when I walked through the doors because she knew I was one step closer to reaching my goals. I’m now feeling happier and healthier than I have in a long time. If every gym had a Deanna, the world would be a happier and healthier place.

Have you ever walked into a gym and just felt at home? That’s Evolve North. It’s not your typical gym with a hundred cardio machines and no floor space. This is strength training heaven. Olympic lifting platforms and bumper plates, specialized power lifting equipment, competition kettlebells, strongman equipment, turf, sleds, assault bikes, rowers, sandbags… you name it, they probably have it. They also have a variety of awesome trainers. Can’t recommend it enough!

An excellent facility (shown here setup for an Olympic lifting competition) with lots of space and high quality equipment. There are a full range of services available from physio, to massage, to sports psychology, nutrition counseling, and of course coaching. The staff are helpful and courteous. I recommend this gym for those looking for something more than a commercial gym environment.

Love the high ceilings here! Just makes the gym seem so much bigger. All equipment is top-of-the-line and there is plenty of space to do anything you want. Parking is always plentiful as well. Only drawback is that most times I've been here, there are very few people working out, so that can leave the atmosphere lacking some energy.. but there's always a ton of equipment available.
