Evolve is an incredible gym! The staff are friendly and welcoming, gym is clean and the equipment is well maintained. It’s great to have different wellness services available in the same building. My favourite part though is how active Evolve is within the community. They host run clubs and outdoor group fitness in the summer. They do a lot to support the local businesses in the area. I was a member for about 4 years and recently had to cancel because I moved out of the area. I am going to miss this place.

I have been a member at Evolve totaling 5+ years. I value evolve highly as a "third space" outside of home and work - it has a great atmosphere, great people, and is somewhere I look forward to spending time. Throughout my time going to this gym I have noticed that it is exceptionally well managed. There is an abundance of platforms, power racks and squat racks, equipment is fixed quickly when it's broken, and everything is kept clean. It is really impressive how they seem to always do more with their space and add in racks/equipment to keep you from waiting too long when it's busy. The staff and trainers are friendly, kind, and considerate which always helps to get a session started off on the right track - shoutout to Nora for always making sure I have what I need, as well as the other staff at the front!

I had an amazing experience speaking with a worker at this gym. I needed a gym for a long time and was looking around for convenience and hospitality, since my last gym wasn’t so nice. The receptionist, I believe her name is Nora, greeted me so well over the phone and really helped me with any questions. I love this place and am looking forward with being a member. Hopefully it all works out!

I’ve been to lots of gyms and Evolve is definitely my favourite. Everyone’s there to work out And you’ll have everyone from athletes to beginners. With equipment catering to everyone. Tons of functional space to work out , heated underground parking. Evolve strength is a local business and made of other small businesses who lease from them including the personal trainers. My favourite gym vibe by far.

I've been a regular member at Evolve for almost 3 years. It's extremely well equipped and well managed. All the equipment is well maintained. I really like the mix of clientele ranging from older folks trying to improve mobility and strength to some serious body builders and power lifters. It has a friendly vib which makes it easy to keep going to the gym. Free parking underground too! This is a great gym.
