Love the people in the Gas Station. Almost $17 for the wash and your car is still dirty. I have had now 3 free car washes. I have photo's. Employees who are awesome, also have made comment. Do not recomend this carwash. In my 37 years of driving and using carwashes this is the wirst and that says alot.

Receipt printers on every pump have been broken for at least 6 months. Can’t get gas and a car wash without going inside to get your receipt. I’ve contacted esso customer support to let them know but doesn’t seem to be concern. Recommend using the centex nearby with car wash and cheaper gas

This car wash says "soft touch" but it is anything but that. The car wash broke off parts of my car and detached my roof box. Plus my car wasn't even clean after. Clearly lots of reviews saying they downgraded it but yet when you file a report 711 says there are warning signs. WHICH THERE ARE NOT!

Do NOT use this car wash. I wish I had read these reviews before we went and took our Wrangler. Whoever decided to keep the name “Soft Touch” on this car wash needs fired. Seriously. Our Jeep was rocked back and forth by how hard the bristles were spinning. It’s not a soft cloth. Nothing about anything in this wash is soft. It’s basically hard spinning bristles. Our Jeep has scratches all over the paint and plastic. We have to pay to have it detailed to look back to normal. To top it off, with all the scratches and whatnot, there was STILL DIRT on our car. Shame on Esso for keeping this car wash open after all of the bad reviews and complaints it’s gotten.

Some corporate hack at 7-11 decided to convert this previously completely adequate Esso touchless car wash to 1970's style car wash that beats your car up with shredded rubber mats, probably filled with grit from the car before you. It is also terrifyingly loud and just an all around miserable experience. Not to mention the fact that the touchless system was working fine and did not need to be replaced. But who cares about the environment anyway? Will not be back.
