I got my haircut here yesterday & it's not that the cut itself was terrible It’s the fact that I witnessed the stylist use the same clippers and Scissors on four different people without a single wash, rinse or sanitation. I cannot stop thinking about how unsanitary this was, and I’m actually very disgusted that I proceeded to get my hair cut after the first person came through. The lack of hygiene is disturbing, & if anything occurs or if I develop any sort of hair issues in the next couple of days, I definitely will be coming back to speak to a manager and escalate this issue. As of right now, I am reporting this to Health Services because that’s just not clean whatsoever. That is definitely a health concern. People can develop lice, ringworm, flakes, and all sorts of things from their lack of sanitation. Do better !!

After being treated poorly with the other hair dresser location in the mall, escada welcomed us with open arms and were friendly, sweet, and way more professional. My kids hair looks amazing! This is my new recommendation. Great jobs ladies!!!

AMAZING experience! The salon staff Nadiya was very welcoming and accommodating, even when the mall was closing in 30 mins. Her patience and skill resulted in a PERFECT haircut. Highly recommend for their flexibility and exceptional service. Nadia's attention to detail and patience resulted in a flawless haircut. Service was top-notch, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Elena is amazing! My time at Escada began as a haircut, but was much more. Elena’s attention to every detail made it a self care experience. I left looking good, feeling great! Best experience ever!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN HERE BEFORE AND YOU LIKE A CERTAIN PERSON. I went here because I needed a quick bang trim and long, LIGHT layers. She proceeded to tell me she wants to wash my hair and I explained I didn’t want that. She continued to complain and laugh when I told her it was a lot of hair she was cutting off. She told me it’s fine and that she wasn’t cutting any of the length off , although I wish she did that instead. She cut VERY distinct , chunky layers and it was terribly uneven. I told her it looks very unblended and she laughed and said no it doesn’t, so I left. I came back as soon as my mom told me that it was horrible and I needed to go back. She took me back in, and admitted that it looked horrible and that it’s because I fluffed out my hair. I told her I didn’t want it to look this choppy even if I don’t style it . She proceeded to laugh and say it was just my hair and complain about how my hair was naughty and that she did a perfect job and although it looks bad, she was not at fault and her technique was perfect. I had a complete breakdown in the salon because before I even went, I said I have really had trust issues with my hair and I need it to look good for Friday, that’s why I just needed a touch up. The whole time she complained because she wanted to wash my hair and I asked if she could just it wet it with a spray bottle. I have never had a hairdresser that complained so much and constantly shook her head and threw her arms up. She cut the middle of my hair and said it was because it was damaged .. but now it is so uneven and I am very unhappy. I do not know how she got her licence or even passed hair school. I left with completely butchered hair that I am too embarrassed to even put down because I decided to try out a new salon that was close and had decent ratings. Absolutely horrible and if you care about your hair, do not go to Elena. All you will hear is her complain and not admit her fault. If I could give this a zero, I would in a heartbeat.
