They did a great job on our house. I have waited a couple of months before making this review just to make sure everything was good. Happy to say everything is solid! From the moment I contacted Epic and spoke to the several different people along the way, to the the day of installation and the post follow up! Everything was done well! We had our roof done 16 years ago by another company in Red Deer, however Epic was much better all the way around. Their customer relations, their workmanship and their product is superior! We will highly recommend them to everyone going forward!

I was very impressed with Byron ! He was hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done. Our shingles look so awesome. Also great communication from Jonathon. I would highly recommend Epic to anyone.

Leno and his team did an amazing job with my roofing job. I live in BC and have a rental in Red Deer so I wasn’t able to be there during the roofing part but Epic sent me roofing throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied. They were also very punctual and quick with the work. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking in the future. Thank you. Julian

A crew led by Dave Skanderup from Epic did a vinyl siding and roof repair on my home that was completed in early November. Their siding began to fall off my house within two months because the top strip of vinyl was only friction-fit, i.e. they had not installed and clipped into a proper finishing strip at the top of the wall. When I requested a proper repair, they used the same technique but stuck some silicone on it. Their second repair failed and peeled off the side of my house within four days. An exterior light was also reattached incorrectly and fell off. I requested a different contractor from my insurance company afterwards, as Epic had two chances to repair my home and chose to use improper techniques and materials twice.

We had a great experience working with Epic! The roofing and siding repair crews both did a wonderful job. Very respectful of our property, timely repairs and clean up. Follow up happened with post work inspection and calls to check on our satisfaction. We appreciated their professionalism and their willingness to ensure our satisfaction with all aspects of the repairs we needed.
