We had our roof replaced by Epic Roofing and Exteriors following the massive hailstorm damage. They were very responsive, and I truly appreciated their clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. There were a few minor issues since different teams were involved at various stages, but everything was addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. The only improvement I would suggest is more thorough cleanup, as a few nails were left on the driveway and on our neighbour’s side. Overall, I would definitely recommend Epic Roofing and Exteriors.

We recently had our roof, siding, and gutters replaced by Epic, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The whole team was very professional, tidy, and respectful of the property throughout the project. The quality of the work looks great and everything was completed properly and on time. You can really tell they know what they are doing. Highly recommend Epic to anyone looking for reliable and skilled contractors.

I selected Epic to replace my roof and gutters/eavestroughs after a hailstorm. They were quick to start, but took a little longer than anticipated to complete the work. Their second project manager Ardit was engaged, pleasant to work with and took great care to ensure deficiencies were promptly fixed. He made several visits to the worksite and ensured sub-trades followed through. We did get a flat tire from a few roofing nails that were not completely removed, but Epic was fair and reimbursed us for the repair and our trouble. They are a customer focused company and I would consider employing them again.

Epic Roofing completed work on our roof, siding and eavestroughs after a large hailstorm. I am satisfied with the quality of the work they provided and especially appreciated the front end communication throughout the process. My only constructive feedback is that the cleanup could have been more thorough, as a few nails were left on the driveway. Overall, I would recommend Epic Roofing.

Knowledgeable, fast, efficient and responsive. They delivered the product were done the roof removal and installation in one day. For the removal and installation of the gutters same deal. The few deficiencies were addressed in full and in a timely manner. Crews were great and insured the cleanup was well done. For deficiencies the person coming out was fantastic and did a wonderful job. From quote to finished project I would highly recommend this company.
