I have been going to Elite Performance on and off for about 4 years now and could not speak higher of their whole operation. Excellent facilities that have all you need for both their personal training and their group classes, which are my favourite. There is a real sense of community among the staff and core customer base - all the trainers I have worked with are knowledgable for sure but arguably as important, are very personable and do a great job of making sure everyone is comfortable and safe during workouts. 5/5 would recommend!

Top class trainers in a safe and ego free environment! The program for the classes are well formulated which makes it easy to follow and build strength with progressive overload week by week. This is my favourite gym, highly recommend! I've also seen Andrea for personal training and she is wonderful - she helped me a lot with my consistency, form, and pushed me to become stronger. I've travelled to other places and used other gyms but ElitePerformance quality is unmet!

She consistently goes above and beyond —correcting form, offering personalized coaching, and teaching us more efficient techniques throughout the group session. You can really feel her commitment to helping everyone improve. Highly recommend attending her classes!!!

This is a very welcoming gym with a dedicated studio for personal training. I train with Aaron Ryan. He is someone who works with you on your fitness goals. He brings an energy and enthusiasm to every session. I always look forward to my session at the gym.

I was looking for a fun awesome gym in town and came across this little gem. The Elite Performance Fitness surpassed my expectation. Centrally located at the “Pacific Coast Fire Building” between Howe Street and West Cordova Street. The other people were all welcoming and looked like they have quite the community between each other, I truly do think this is one of the most essential components of a gym. Super clean and well equipped gym. Great coaching and instruction. Awesome vibe and people. And incredible results. Would highly recommend to anyone.
