I received a gift card for a manicure and pedicure, this was my first time attending this place. My appointment was at 11:30, I got there at 11:20. I wasn't take in for my appointment until 11:50 and not by the nail tech but by the receptionist. The nail tech got me to sit in a chair and place my feet in a tin mixing bowl with water. I guess i was surprised as I'm use to the chairs with the nice bowls with moving water in them. My appointment didnt officially get going until 12:15. I was suppose to be done around 1:45, however I didnt get out until 3pm. I just felt my tech didnt want to be there as she kept stepping away for 5-10 mins. I was excited as I heard good things and saw good reviews. However it may be good for the hair part, but not so much for the nails. I will not get my nails done here again.

I wanna start off this review by saying I am sooo picky when I get my hair done and I have NEVER recieved exactly what I wanted, and my hair is my security blanket. Today I went to see Justine and I got exactly what I wanted to a T and it was the most relaxing experience I've ever had at a hair salon! This will be my go to spot from now on, and if you habe long hair or layers its a good spot and I HIGHLY reccomend Justine. Beautiful atmosphere and beautiful staff!

I had a second visit with Nikki today, and have been very satisfied with the work Nikki did both times. She is an accomplished hairstylist who is very attentive to the cut and style of my hair. I will return!!

I had a haircut and blow dry with Nicole D. From start to finish, it was a super smooth process. She’s very attentive and her mindfulness of details and my demands became quite evident in the results. She was able to bring to life my abstract vision perfectly, and now I feel so much more confident about my hair!
