This clinic is amazing! For our initial neutering appointment, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They listened to us and any concerns, questions we had were answered, and were very thorough with after-care.
When we needed to follow-up one month later for an unexpected event, they were super friendly, reassuring and got us in within a few hours to be seen.
I would highly recommend this clinic!

I’m really happy with our experience here.
The Staff/Techs/Vet were all insanely kind to us and made sure we had all the information to make the best choices for our pups healing journey before and after being neutered.
Ricky is a bit of a drama king so it was nice to hear that he didn’t cause too much trouble.
He’s been home for one day and already he’s bounced back to his springy self (which is hard to deal with when instructions say to keep him relaxed)😂 the surgery isn’t bothering him at all.
Ps. Fluids were worth the added cost. Having him feel better faster was ideal. If you have a corgi, the e-collar is a struggle. This low rider kept dragging his and bashing into everything and split it down the middle. We got him in his donut and we got lucky that he can’t reach it the incision.

Our dog scheduled for bloodwork and the vet was sick so We were rescheduled for midday a few days later and when we arrived (all the way from Elk Island in horrible roads), we told they they don’t do bloodwork at that time of day…. So why will we reschedule for that time; Why waste our time and stressing a dog out for an appointment that doesn’t exist. We were again rescheduled and when we arrived we were told that they found a flea on her head and that she needs to be taken out of the facility immediately and that all of our pets would need flea treatments. My husband quickly paid and left with the medication not realizing that he was charged $500 for them. No discussion of the cost. Our pets do not have fleas, never in my 30 years in Alberta have I had a pet with fleas. I know and the clinic knows that this dog does not have fleas and that it jumped on her while she was there. They have agreed to refund half of the cost! It should be 100%

We recently brought our new puppy, Hank, to this clinic because he was not urinating, and they were able to see us the same day, which we appreciated. This was our first visit, and initially I hoped this would become our regular clinic.
During the appointment, the female veterinarian was kind and reassuring. Hank received two vaccines, and we were told his bladder was fine. We were advised that if he were to have an allergic reaction, it would likely occur within the next hour. Our entire visit was very quick—about 10 minutes.
On the drive home, Hank vomited. He does get motion sickness, but I still called the clinic to ask if this could be a concern. I was told it was likely just motion sickness. He rested afterward and seemed okay until around 5:00 PM, when his nose began turning red/pink. I called the clinic again and sent photos. I was told it didn’t look severe but that I could give Benadryl as a precaution.
While my husband was out buying the medication, Hank’s eye began to swell. I gave him the Benadryl immediately and called the clinic again, asking if they could see him as soon as possible. I was told they were closing in 7 minutes. I offered to be there within 5 minutes, but they declined and advised us to go to an emergency clinic instead.
I contacted Pulse Emergency, who instructed me to monitor him for one hour after the Benadryl and bring him in immediately if his condition worsened. Thankfully, he improved and did not require emergency care.
My disappointment lies in two areas:
The clinic was unwilling to stay open an additional few minutes to assess a puppy having an apparent allergic reaction, or to administer an antihistamine injection.
There was no follow-up call the next day to check on Hank or to provide guidance regarding future vaccinations, given his reaction.
Family members of mine use another clinic where they’ve experienced more empathy, follow-up, and communication in situations like this. While the care during the appointment itself was fine, the lack of support afterward was disappointing, especially for a new puppy owner dealing with a frightening reaction

There are truly no words big enough for the care and love at this clinic. I have brought all four of my chihuahuas here over the years and every single one has been cared for with such deep compassion, patience, and respect. The level of care has been nothing short of amazing.
Dr. Toor and Dr. Chana are extraordinary, not just as veterinarians, but as humans. I will drive any distance to see them.
Alicia and all of the girls have the biggest hearts, and it shows in everything they do. I have left this clinic in tears of gratitude more times than I can count, simply because of how supported, heard, and cared for I felt.
This is a place where your pets are truly loved, and where you as an owner are treated with kindness and dignity during both joyful and heartbreaking moments.
When my friend had to say goodbye to her precious kitty, the compassion and support she received meant everything to her.
I send everyone I know here without hesitation. I will bring my babies to this clinic for as long as they will have us.
I am endlessly grateful for every single person on this team.
