everytime i take my cat in, they are always so sweet. i talk to Corah and Lisa everytime i go in! they are absolutely amazing. Corah gives my cat treats to make her feel comfortable. i suggest this vet to literally everyone with pets! they are all so sweet, and i love walking in and seeing Lisa and Corah light up! 10/10 vet clinic! i plan to go here everytime for everything. the doctor is absolutely amazing too! he checks everything even if i'm going in to get 1 thing checked. on top of that, they're prices are absolutely perfect!

Had to take my dog here this evening and they were incredibly accommodating, even allowing us to come in close to closing time. The vet Dr. Riar was super friendly and took the time to thoroughly assess my dog, reassuring me that she was okay. He prescribed only what was needed and didn’t add any unnecessary testing, which I truly appreciated and definitely helped save us money. If you’re looking for a kind, honest veterinarian who genuinely cares about both pets and their owners, I would absolutely bring your loved animal here. The clinic was very clean, and the staff were professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend this clinic to any friends or family in the area. Thank you!

The staff and veterinarian are fantastic! The staff are quick to respond, very knowledgeable and it was easy to book appointments. It's a cozy little practice offering numerous services and they took great care of my kitty. They also followed up with us after the surgery, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you :) Edit, October 2025: Just another shout out to Dr. Riar and his staff at Edmonton Dogs and Cats Veterinary Hospital. My kitty was not feeling well and stopped eating and I brought her in to be checked out. Dr. Riar was super gentle with her, knowledgeable and transparent with the options we have as pet parents. Should your pets' needs exceed what they can do, he is also very upfront about it. My kitty is slowly improving and I am appreciative of everyone and EDCVH! Thank you!

Dr Riar and his staff are great and easy to work with. I breed Shih-Poo pups and have been taking my litters to him for vaccines and vet checks for a number of years now. Always a good experience. Dr Riar is very kind and caring.
