I want to sincerely thank Dr. Basha for his professionalism, compassion, and dedication. Jessie was in a very difficult and stressful situation, and Dr. Basha truly did everything he could to help her and the puppy. He took the time to explain things clearly, acted quickly, and showed real care — not just as a veterinarian, but as a human being. Even when the outcome wasn’t what we hoped for, it was clear that he tried his absolute best. I’m very grateful for his honesty, effort, and support during such an emotional moment. I highly recommend Dr. Basha to anyone looking for a vet who genuinely cares.

This place is incredible. Everyone here is so incredibly caring and compassionate. I unfortunately had to rush my dog here during an emergency and he passed within moments of arriving. Everyone did what they could to help us, they even rushed us into the room to be with him as he had his final moments. I didn't get her name but the woman who helped us was so wonderful through everything that horrible day. I can't thank everyone here enough for that way they handled the worst moment of our lives. I will be bringing my other dog here for her care now if I am able. Even in the worst day this place left me with such a great impression. Thank you all ♥️

Brought in two of my cats for neutering. Everything went well as expected and my boys are doing great. The prices were exactly as discussed and the vet was very informative after the procedures when I picked up my two cats. Love the place, nice staff and great vets. I would recommend it to anyone. My issue is the cones they give you, or any vet gives you for that matter. Ten days. Ten days to keep a piece of plastic with a cloth bow around their neck. My one cat had it off before getting to the car. About twenty feet. How is anyone supposed to keep these on if the vet can't make it last ten minutes? Again nothing against anyone here I just think it's a laughable request. The vet can't keep it on a cat, how is a person who works full time supposed to? Anyways great place I just hope they come up with something new to replace cones because they don't work. Hopefully everything goes well but I wouldn't blame the vet for any issues caused by my cats getting out of the cone. Anning as all hell. Anyways five stars because nothing I dislike was even remotely close to the vets fault and they did awesome work.

My poor buddy couldn't stand when we woke up. Raced over to here and without skipping a beat these legends took teddy back and checked him out. He wasn't urgent, but they made him comfortable while we wait for his turn. It took the rest of they day to get him back between tests and more urgent cases, but he seems to be ok. Love you guys! Could not have been treated better unless you add table service;)

Best Vet!!! I can’t thank Dr.Basha and his entire team enough! My baby dog STELLA had to undergo 2 back to back emergency surgeries for pyometra, it was very serious the chances for her survival was very low but Dr.Basha did everything he could they even stayed open till late even after the closing hours just to make sure my dog is out of danger. He went above and beyond and saved my dog’s life. Dr. Basha , Dr. Salem and the entire front desk staff especially Kate is very very empathetic, compassionate and they answered all my questions and made sure i am also comfortable during this utterly miserable time. Today my dog Stella is playing again just like before all because of Dr.Basha. (God bless him) Thank you so much for everything and saving my dog’s life.
