I enjoy the gym because it is all women from every age group. It is not judgemental and not competitive as other gyms. I enjoy the massage after a work out. Also, Maxi is located on the same premises, which saves time. I live in Aylmer and it is an easy drive.

It is a good gym, a little small, but good nonetheless. I participated in the Zumba class and the instructor (Caro) was really great and encouraging! :D The reason why I’ve rated 4 stars instead of 5, is the music. It is very LOUD, even if you stay at the back of the room it doesn’t change the volume. If you have sensitive ears, I wouldn’t recommend taking the Zumba class. Otherwise, I found it quite enjoyable!!

I subscribed to the gym but never actually went — not even once. What surprised me is that I never received any follow-up from them asking why I wasn’t showing up. If I were running a business and saw that someone was paying but not using the service, I’d take that as an opportunity to reach out, check in, and see how I could help them get started or stay motivated. That kind of follow-up could make a big difference for both the customer and the company.

Very bad experience with this gym. I was charged $59 even though my membership was $26, and this happened after I had already canceled my subscription the previous month. I was also charged again in August for no reason, even though I did not renew. When I contacted the manager, instead of handling the issue and filing a claim for me, she pushed it back on me and spoke in a disrespectful way. Total lack of professionalism and seriousness. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Good gym. Honestly I wish that they had an extra straight bar for plates. It's always being used for hip thrusts. They have like two curl bars that I have never seen anyone else use like besides myself. And its so kinda frustrating to use it for certain workouts. It would be awesome if they added another straight bar. As well as heavier weight in dumbbells if possible. I definitely don't want to change gyms and hope that they could add a few things to upgrade the gym equipment a little like another set of kettlebells and extra straight bar would be awesome to start
