Great service! Super quick turnaround. Last interaction I took in a big order; virtually all my business work clothes. Have a work trip starting Sunday. Forgot they close at 4… called at 4:15 in a panic as I’d have no clothes for my trip 🤦‍♂️. He answered and said “no worries” and stayed open another 15 mins for me. How many business close their doors 5 mins before closing? It was exceptional service and saved my dumb ass. The bonus is they did a fantastic job as well!!!!

So I went to the wrong store this morning to pick up my dry cleaning and the owner was so courteous. He helped me figure out my error and even offered to go to the other store with me to get it as that location wasn’t open yet. He also let me know they deliver which may be my best best going forward. Thank so much for the great customer service.

I am TOTALLY unimpressed by whoever owns or runs this place: I collect all the veggie scraps from Original Joe's (right beside them) on Wednesdays. They bring it out their back door to me. Today, there was no parking anywhere close to the back door, except for 3 EMPTY spots in front of eco clean. I pulled into one of those spots, and in the time it took for me to go ask Joe's for the rabbit food, the owner, or whoever it was, had given me a ticket, and was extremely unpleasant about it!! Granted, there is a sign saying eco clean only, but since I was going to be 3 minutes or less, I didn't think they would mind. He would not even give me the time of day to offer my reason for parking there, I was not hostile, mad, or anything, just shocked. If this is the way they treat people, they won't be there long.

Horrible customer service. Had a coat that needed the zipper replaced. She said it would be done within the 4 day deadline i had for work. I did not recieve a call on the fourth day. I left for work out of town. I just got a call that it was ready for pickup last week. It was done a week after dropoff but they didnt seem to care to call. It was dropped off in January. Its not may. They refuse to compensate in anyway and believe they shouldnt have to call clients when there items are ready. The people i talked to where very rude and condescending. I would never suggest them to anyone for anything.
