Dr McCracken is THE best dentist and has the most caring dental team I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She is so thorough in her explanations and really takes her time to help you consider the pros and cons of treatment options to ensure the best outcome for you as a patient and clearly doesn’t put her own bottom line ahead of her patients, even selling a great Xylitol and Fluoride mouthwash at cost. 🤩 Her front staff are incredible too - they’ve always been friendly and professional, but today I experienced just how much they go above and beyond. When we were scheduling follow-up appointments, Cheryl actually pulled out school calendars so she could suggest days when the kids would be out of school (apparently she prints a copy off as soon as they’re available for download for the coming year, ie in May). 🥰 You can really tell that it’s a positive work environment too, based on how the staff relate to and treat one another. I understand they close on Fridays, which must be great for work-life balance and a testament to considering the wellbeing of staff, especially in a demanding client-service industry (maybe a factor in the great attitudes of the staff here? 🤔).
