Dr. Wendy is absolutely incredible. I cannot speak highly enough about her and the entire team. We tried this veterinary around 4 years ago after having a very bad experience at another veterinary and we've definitely found our "forever vet"! She treats our special needs kitty with so much patience, love, gentleness, compassion, kindness, attention, and empathy. She really cares about these animals and making sure that their needs are met. She goes above and beyond in every way. She has such sound advice and is so knowledgeable and understanding. Going to the vet can be very stressful and I always feel like her and her team do everything in their power to make sure it is as stress-free an experience as possible for our fur baby. The entire team is so friendly and attentive. They are very thorough, always follow-up after an appointment, and are always available to answer questions and help in any way. The clinic itself is also very nice, clean, open, and bright. The room they have for cats is perfect and it always feels safe and calm. I cannot recommend this veterinary enough!

I couldn't be more pleased with my pup's first visit here. Finally decided to switch to a vet closer to home and I'm delighted with the welcome we received. I love the idea of an all female staff and that factored heavily into my decision to choose this place. I arrived about 20 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment time but we were taken straight into a room. Dr. Paula Fisher, Kara-Lee and Justyna were all very personable and caring. If you're looking for a vet in the Port Credit area, I highly recommend East Credit Veterinary.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude for Dr.Webster in making the transition for our beloved cat to the other side a less heart wrenching one. She made sure to give us plentiful time in the last moments we had with our cat and the handle and care she showed for our little guy towards the end of his life. You can tell her heart is in it for the pets that walk through her door. In order to work in this field, you need to love what you do and have a level of compassion for these animals in their time of need. Dr. Webster and her staff are absolutely wonderful, kind and patient. We are so grateful to have found this clinic. We didn't feel like we were just a number, her and her staff worked hand in hand to reach out and follow up after every appointment, making us feel like we were all a part of one community. Thank you all so much for everything you have done for Leopold, we will never forget all that you have done. We would certainly recommend this clinic hands down.

This was the veterinarian office we decided to visit while we temporarily resided in Mississauga. My dog went in for an annual check up and a sudden ear infection. I also had my cat go in for her check up. My dog is young, large and extremely excitable. The team did a great job handling and being patient with him. I have never seen a veterinarian office that has a room dedicated strictly to cats and so well set up for them. My cat was absolutely calm in there and was happy to have the vet check her out. Dr. Wendy Webster listened to my concerns, answered my questions and gave me advice. Thank you for having us.
