I have been going to Dynamic YVR for about 3 months for a chronic knee pain. Tim has been super patient and genuinely committed to resolving the issue. We have been trying multiple techniques and treatment options and I am very happy with the care I’ve received. One thing I really appreciate is the hands-on treatment approach rather than just being given a bunch of exercises to do on your own. It is clear Tim is very knowledgeable and will try a range of different approaches to find what actually works.

I came to Tim after a shoulder injury where I couldn’t work out and was barely able to hold any weight in my left shoulder for almost a year. After working with Tim for a few months I’m back in the gym finally after a very long break and able to work out with weights I wasn’t sure I would be able to get back to. I’ve really enjoyed coming to dynamic YVR and working with Tim. Tim has created such a friendly and open atmosphere and takes an active interest in your life and ensuring you reach your goals. He even has taken time out of his busy schedule to help me find personal trainers that can help me in areas I need to focus on which I really appreciated. I strongly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to recover from an injury or needing physio in downtown!

Timothy Ireland is the physiotherapist that I’ve been going to at Dynamic YVR for the past year and he is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, caring, and thorough with each session. I’ve been recommending to friends to go see Tim as he is certainly among the best in the game. Recently, Tim told me that they have a new RMT Tasha that just joined Dynamic so I decided to book a session with her. Tasha is also fantastic, she is a former D1 track & field athlete so she really knows athletes’ pain points well. Her treatment is very much sports-focused to get your body open up so you can perform better in your sport. I’ll definitely be going to Tim & Tasha for my treatments going forward as it is super convenient as they are located within the Evolve gym.

Zack is doing a fantastic job. Besides teaching me exercises I can do at home, he uses techniques that stabilize my body and target the exact muscles we want to focus on. This helps me understand, sense, and control my body so much better than before. I used to sit in poor posture for long periods, which caused accumulated back and shoulder pain. After just a couple of sessions, the pain and soreness were completely relieved. I am now a regular client of Zack’s to maintain my overall body health. Their clinic also pays attention to many small but thoughtful details — including access to a well-maintained, fully equipped gym space during sessions with Zack. Plus, you can earn credit-card reward points and still claim the sessions through health insurance. Highly recommend working with Zack! He will definitely make your physio journey — and your daily life — easier and better.

I’ve been struggling with knee pain for months, and nothing seemed to help until I started seeing Tim at Dynamic YVR in The Post. He took the time to really understand what was going on and created a personalized treatment plan that made a huge difference. Tim is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients.
