Not only were they prompt and accountable, they were also kind and took the time to explain their process and why certain things work, and why certain processes are chosen for the job at hand. Amazing experience with Ducky’s. The whole experience was fantastic - great communication, showed up when they said they would, extremely clean and professional and charged exactly what they said they would. Supporting a family owned business was the cherry on top. Cannot recommend enough!

Huge shoutout to Ducky’s Drain. We had tree roots backing everything up and they were awesome. Andy showed up right on time and were super polite. The best part was they video scoped the pipe before they started and again after they finished so I could actually see that the roots were gone. Really honest work and fair pricing—highly recommend them. We’ll definitely be having them back next year to maintain the roots and keep things clear!

It’s so awesome knowing you can call someone to come and take care of your needs without one bit of worry. Andy has been coming to my residence for years and I’m so thankful for him. Cameras my lines, augers, shows me before and after, and sends me the footage for my records. He’s honest, does perfect work, and is 100% trustworthy. I’ll never stop recommending him to everyone I know! If you have drain issues, there’s only one place to call. Ducky’s!

They scoped and cleaned our home’s main drain all the way out to the city line, and the whole process was smooth, professional, and clearly done by people who know exactly what they’re doing. Fast service, zero hassle, and top-notch workmanship. If you want the job done right the first time, call these guys. Highly recommend.

Andy from Ducky’s Drains came out to fix a backed-up sewer and did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and very easy to deal with. Manon was also a fantastic coordinator, handling the visit details and paperwork smoothly. The service was top-notch from start to finish. highly recommend!

Just booked Ducky’s to augur our sewer main. Price was very fair for the quality work they provide. Another large plumbing company was pressuring us into spending huge amounts of money on fixing the defect, something that Ducky’s and other professionals have since revealed was unnecessary. I appreciate Ducky’s integrity, for not trying to squeeze extra money out of us. Fantastic work, cannot recommend enough. Thank you so much! Meredith
