Had good experience with the company and the plumber Michael. This morning found a leak from the tailpiece of the bathroom sink drain, then called. He came in on the same day and on time. He's friendly and provided 3 months warranty. He deserves a good review, so I'm writing now. From Hamilton, Ontario

Late Friday afternoon office sewage issue is the last thing you want to have to deal with. Thank you to Drain Rescue for making it a seamless experience. Right from the phone call to the office to job completion. I was told someone would be here between 6-8pm. Marek was excellent, he communicated his arrival time and stayed in touch over the course of the job. Being an emergency, I was happy to hear the job could be completed right away. We are all set for when we open on Monday. Thank you Marek and your crew.

I called Drain Rescue on a Sunday as waste water was backing up into my house! They were able to come faster than the other guys, and proceeded to isolate and stop the issue quickly. They then did a thorough assessment on how to permanently fix the problem. They were quick, tidy, and very helpful.
