My family and I have been going to see Dr. Serink since she took over Dr. Northeast's practice. She and her staff are so caring and a pleasure to deal with. Angie is an excellent dental hygienist. I recently had an issue that required quick attention and the receptionist was able to book me an appointment the next day. Dr. Serink and her assistant Marion were very understanding and able to temporarily resolved my issue so that I could travel. Dr. Serink has arranged for a referral to a specialist when I return. I'm not that comfortable with dental procedures but Dr. Serink is so careful to make you comfortable and is continuously checking during the procedure to make sure you are ok. I have absolute confidence in Dr. Serink and all her staff.

Best Dental experience ever. I have always had a hard time going to visit the Dentist, however Dr. Serink is so gentle and kind. I have never had such an enjoyable teeth cleaning, but Carson is amazing, truly does a fabulous job !

The BEST dentist I’ve ever had. Dr. Serink and her team are kind, compassionate, and super professional. Dr. Serink was understanding of fear from past procedures that didn’t go well with other dentists. She explained the areas I needed work done and made the entire experience easy and painless. The team at the office is always so polite and helpful.

Dr. Serink is the first dentist I saw after moving to Victoria … and she’ll be the last one. She and her staff have all been unfailingly friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She is always gentle and thorough … plus she understands the financial concerns of a fixed-income senior and doesn’t recommend work that’s not immediately necessary.

I just moved to James Bay and found Dr. Serink's Dental office in the same plaza as Burt the Barber. (Parliament Mews?). I decided to give her a try because the other Dental office in James Bay looked a bit flashy. I've been to the flashy dental office before and all that I felt was pressure to have additional procedures and more and more work done. One of them even offered me Botox! Ha. Anyway. Dr. Serink (Jenn) has to be one of the best Dentists in town. She is friendly, gentle, and doesn't try to up sell you on anything you don't need. I felt in control and totally comfortable. She gave me choices on how I wanted the treatment to go and talked to me in a respectful way that I could understand. I have to say that this was the best experience at a Dentist that I've had so far. I would recommend Jenn to anyone looking for a new or better Dentist. Tracy
