The people that operate this business are nice, but my family will not be returning due to lack of attention to detail. The last 3 times that we've taken our business here, large mistakes were made. The first time, pants were patched on the outside instead of the inside. The business repaired the mistake at no cost. The second time, a new pair of pants were hemmed well short of the requested inseam. We did not seek a solution because we assumed that the error was on our side. The third time, my wife had another new pair of pants pinned while worn for hemming. The pinning was correctly placed. Unfortunately, the pinning was not reflected in the hem, and the pants were again hemmed too short. We will not be returning and would caution customers on attending this business if they're looking for attention to detail.

They patched up my pants, it looks like a 3 year old could have done better. They were getting defensive and arguing with me when I said they could have done a more delicate job with the sewing. Now my expensive pants are ruined. Very disappointed, will not return.

I brought a few different pieces for various fixes, and everything turned out absolutely perfect! Aida was so attentive, warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
