I had to cancel my dentist appointment because I had strep throat and the receptionist threw a fit about it, reminding me about money lost due to the “inconvenience”. I thought this was incredibly weird considering the last time I went in, Dr Bai was asking me what he should do with all his money 🙃 I’ve been coming to this dentist office since I was a child and will not be returning ever again due to this interaction and a few other minor instances of attitude from said receptionist. It is incredibly unprofessional and immature to speak to a patient of 20+ years this way.

This is by far the most amazing dentist office, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, amd Dr.Bai is the most gentle and caring dentist i have ever met, when I started his office I had the usual dental fear and now I have almost none he is amazing

The staff in this office are great. No frills waiting area. Up to date exam rooms. The dentist has a horrible beside side manner. The staff, location and direct billing keep me and my family coming back. There are a few parking spaces outside and on the streets. Very accessible by bus.

I have Dr. Bai's team to thank for my beautiful smile. They literally changed my face. I get nothing but compliments on my smile. I'm not sure how his team is today as I was a patient years ago but I'm sure they are all great. He always had good hygienists in here. I remembered Dr. Bai would buy McDonald's for his staff and offered it to me when I was there lol. He's a nice humble Dentist. Unfortunately I had to change dentists as I work out of town. I remembered they direct billed and I never had to pay once. I miss Dr. Bai I may be back. One of the best dentists around.
