The staff at Downtown Dental are always welcoming and professional. Dr. Esposito is kind, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I trust his advice, as he offers appropriate treatment options and gives you the time you need to make an informed decision. He is skilled, meticulous, and efficient, as is his assistant. I’m grateful for their care and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free dental experience.

Friendly staff, clean facility. I wish the cleaning services are the same across all staff. Sometimes I leave content and happy and some days are not such as my recent visit. Lastly, would make it easier if financing is available for major work that the patients portion have to pay. Been a patient for more than 20 years. You think they would offer such financial services for loyal clients to keep them.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I can not give enough praise to the wonderful, helpful and charming front house staff. Jen- for being on top of sending me the reminders (I NEED all the reminders I can get!), plus booking me in so quickly & efficiently on my 1 day off. Shirley for the follow up, answering all the questions needed and putting me on a wait list to be seen sooner without me even having to ask. Dania for the pleasant welcoming introductions and her professionalism at the front. After contacting multiple other offices, these staff members were actually what enticed me to come to Downtown Dental to begin with. Front house staff often get overlooked in their roles but these ladies were so calming & informative, I felt at ease making the initial appointment and I can now safely say that they did not disappoint! Since it was my first appointment, I had dental cleaning & Xrays done first with the wonder dental hygienist, Connie, who did a superb job. Boy did she go at them in the best possible way. I had no idea how much plaque build-up I had! I knew she had done an excellent job without even seeing my teeth, as they already felt much better, refreshed and clean - despite me double brushing them before my appointment! Swiftly after this, I was seen by the lovely dental assistant Aria. Of whom took further imaging & tests, then straight away advised me on the 'root' cause of the tooth problem I'd been experiencing. I was shown the images and was given the necessary details of what needed to be done right away. Just when I thought this red carpet treatment was over, in strolled Dr. Ehsan Taheri who confirmed his colleagues thoughts by reviewing the images and completing his own assessment. Dr. Taheri's confidence and straight forward demeanor actually made me feel quite assured and positive in the next steps. Dr. T even found & flagged a non-dental related area of minimal concern that was not known to me before! Dr. EnT?!? All I can say is wow. 5 star treatment from before setting foot in the office to the end. At no point did I feel rushed nor asking too many questions (I was definitely asking too many questions). All of the staff were so polite, knowledgeable and friendly. An important lesson that I took from today's visit is that ten years without flossing can cause a horrible tooth decade... I highly recommend Downtown Dentist to anyone that may be wary of dental offices or in search of a new one. They gave me no reason to doubt their expertise and I look forward to my next appointment with them.

The best dental office in the city!! The receptionists are the best and super accommodating. Dentists and hygienists are incredible! Coffee and water while waiting.
