This is an excellent clinic with a kind and attentive team as well as warm and knowledgeable leaders in Dr. Dodds and Mrs. Dodds. I have a lot of dental work, but they are very careful to try to extend the lifespan of my teeth and not cause me pain.

This almost feels like walking into a clinic owned by your own family! Everyone is so kind, skilled and helpful. And love to laugh! They work hard at getting clients into appointments in a reasonable time frame. The wait times at some other clinics can be extraordinary, but Downtown doesn't seem that way.

Great friendly team! Always professional and informative. The office is clean, tidy and comfortable. The availability of early morning appointments starting 7:30am accommodates my schedule well. Good sunrise views from their 5th floor windows too 🌇

A dental clinic where *everyone* knows what's up. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere filled with smart, conscientious, and caring staff. I actually look forward to going to Downtown Dental because I learn from the attentive staff, and they consistently do an excellent job.

With all the construction downtown, one of the receptionist, Gail came and met me. She didn’t have to with all the confusion downtown. I swear I was having an anxiety attack and they calmed me down over the phone and they even met me. They just go that extra mile and more and Dennis explains everything thoroughly.Highly recommend, as I was even recommended here.

Was referred to Dr. Dodds for tongue ties for my one month old and he was amazing! Very friendly and informative. We felt like we were in very good hands. It was VERY quick and so far recovery has been well. Highly recommend!

As a dental hygienist, I was aware that my daughter had a lip tie from birth. Residing out of town, I found the "Downtown Dental Centre" to be exceptionally accommodating with their scheduling. The experience has been challenging as a new mother dealing with a colicky baby and latching issues. Dr. Dodds provided comprehensive, professional information during the consultation regarding the lip and tongue tie release procedure. I am extremely pleased with the results, as my daughter is now latching properly. I will undoubtedly recommend his practice to other mothers. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which is particularly appreciated by new mothers who often experience significant pressure and stress.
