I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and fees at Downtown Dental. Their charges are significantly higher than other clinics in Downtown. Dr. Yont spent only two minutes on my exam and charged an exorbitant fee. Additionally, Zoe, who cleaned my teeth was very abrasive and rude. I would not recommend this practice and will not be returning.

I always feel good about going to see Dr. Yont at Downtown Dental. Zoe my hygienist was great, gentle and very efficient. The care provided makes you feel cared for!

All the staff at Downtown Dental are so friendly and professional. Every time I have an appointment I am greeted with a warm welcome that continues for the duration of my appointment. Downtown Dental truly makes every dental experience enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

The facility is extremely clean and top notch. My family have been going to this dental clinic for years. The dentists and staffs are very knowledgeable, they work with you to understand your needs and concerns. Very supportive, good communication with excellent service.

Dr. Whitney is fantastic! I avoided the dentist for years, as I have had bad dental experiences in the past, and I knew I needed a lot of work done. Eventually I built up the courage to try downtown dental, as it is close to home for me. Dr. Whitney and the team created such a welcoming, kind and non-judgmental environment for me, starting off with a new patient exam. She took the time to listen to my worries and fears, explaining the process in as much detail as I wanted to hear, and making sure I have been as comfortable as possible through multiple restoration and hygiene appointments. Dental assistant Chantelle (sp?) and hygienist Ashley have both been kind, helpful and skilled, for which I am grateful! The team at reception is a massive asset to this office. Karen is an unsung hero! She is warm, friendly, and always remembers me by name! She has been so helpful when it comes to my insurance coverage, staying ahead of the game with pre-authorizations and claims, while also keeping an eye on the amount I have remaining so I can stay under my coverage maximum, seriously reducing my anxiety around that part. If you are considering getting a new dentist, or returning after a long hiatus from dental care, I would seriously recommend Dr. Whitney.
