They left sludge from the drain they were supposed to clean behind the drywall. They didnt even tell me it was there. This could easily turn into a mold problem if i hadnt found it on my own. So i had to remove drywall and thoroughly clean the area to prevent mold. They also stained my carpets on the way out, which require replacement I wouldnt book them again. No word on any compensation yet.

Done Deal Drain provides both sump pit vacuuming and sump lid opening services. I previously reached out to another vacuuming contractor, but they told me they only handle the vacuuming and would not open the sump lid. They even said I would need to hire another contractor—costing an extra $3,000—to open the lid for them. It was ridiculous that I had to coordinate an additional contractor just to accommodate them. Done Deal Drain is excellent because they take care of everything without causing me any extra hassle. They coordinated the whole job and got it done smoothly. Highly appreciated!
