One my favorite Gym/Pool in Edmonton, great place to workout, lane swim, hot tub, down-town and also underground parking for the winter season for those of us who dont have command start lol but I was happy to restart my membership and return to this Gym

New to Edmonton and wanted to try the Y out here. Went to go use the gym at 8:45am, its Sunday so it was supposed to be open at 7am, place is closed nobody around, no signs posted about being closed for today or anything, will definitely be getting a membership elsewhere.

My children have been enrolled in swimming lessons here and while our usual location at William Lutsky has been great, this location has been even better. Libby and Connor (Swim Instructors) are incredibly dedicated to what they do, are excellent swim instructors and our children have had steady progress since enrolling.

January 2025 - the resolutioners have begun! I utilize this facility as it's less than a block from where I live. Rarely have I been so impressed with a facility not because of the vast array of equipment but because of the staff. This business actually walks what they talk! Two of their core values are kindness and respect. As with almost all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. I have to take my hat off to the YMCA staff here who model those values as I recently had an unfavorable experience with another member. The staff handled it professionally, with kindness and respect. I am confident they have earned a lifetime member as long as I reside in Edmonton. I've had my faith in good people restored! Great people! Great value! Great customer service! What's not to like. Highly recommend!

I have visited and worked out at YMCAs all over Western Canada. This morning I had one of the VERY BEST lane swimming and weight workouts of all time. The facilities are first class and MORE IMPORTANTLY the staff are unbelievable. They are happy, helpful, courteous and responsive! You cannot ask for a better environment for all ages. They even let me lock my bike up inside the facility.
