All of the staff are exceptional. My son and I have so much fun going there to swim. Danika, Darien, and Phoenix deserve special note for their kindness and competence which is second to none. Teresa at the front desk was sooo helpful in switching our swimming lessons, all with a friendly smile happy to help. And for us dad's, the steam room is the hottest in Red Deer, complemented brilliantly by the cold shower available.

I have been swimming here about 6 times a month for more than a year. It’s a great facility with everything you would want in a pool. The hot tub is ver spacious with great jets. Nice steam room as well as a dry sauna. Pool is excellent. Outdoor pool in the summer is fantastic. I am excited to check out the gym equipment soon. It never looks too busy and decent options for workouts in there. Thank you city of Red Deer!!

110% the best facility in the deer area for steam sauna hot tub.!!! plus the added bonus off the outside water pool and so much more in the close vacinaty to do. much thanks to a grest crew from the good hellos from the front desk staff to the life gards and maintenance. Be proud workers!! Peaple say great things about your establishment and the work u peaple do....

Small gym, but pretty much everything you would need, unless you're a seasoned gym rat. I've never seen it busy, so that is nice. Clean, local radio music in background. Helpful staff at reception.
