As a Client I was Very Disappointed in Pam to Learn that I am simply a Number or Card to be Discarded So Easily ! It was my understanding we always had a positive relationship. I shared 1 concern about my eyebrows. I had such beautiful brows & Pam waxed them & they were a mess ! I want Pam to know Today "PEOPLE MATTER" Our Concerns Matter. Professional Relationships are important to Clients ! Pam needs to understand 1 Lost client IS equivalent to 1000 Lost clients. Professionals Need to be careful who they are brushing off.
