First treatment at Diversified and I will be back. Mo was personable and had great hands! I work at a desk job so my neck, shoulders, and back always need relief. They applied the right pressure and checked in during the treatment to ensure I was doing ok. The clinic waiting area was welcoming with its calming warm decor. The reception staff welcomed me upon arrival and my appointment started on time! Thanks for a great first experience Diversified health clinic!

I went to Diversified and had an incredible experience. The clinic is very conveniently located as I work downtown and it is just steps away from my office. All of the staff were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I saw Rebecca for acupuncture treatment for lower back pain, stress, and migraines. It was my first time getting acupuncture and cupping, and Rebecca was very insightful and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I will definitely be coming back to Diversified for future treatment!

I am the type of client that is constantly coming in due to nagging or new injuries, and I can say that Spirit Donahue is a fantastic physiotherapist. Knowledgeable, great demeanour, and a true professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for IMS. Also, the reception staff are super pleasant and helpful,

First appointment with Tessa at her new Diversified Clinic. Great experience. Very friendly receptionist. Treatment room very spacious & bright. Dr. Tessa was her amazing self. Very thorough and so attentive. No rushing through appt. Can't recommend her enough.

⚕️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had an outstanding experience with the self‑care providers at Diversified Health Clinic over the past year. I first visited in 2024 and was treated by Dr. Krisjan Gustavson, who did a fantastic job on my back. At the time, I wasn’t in a self‑care mindset, so I didn’t continue treatment — but I never forgot how skilled he was. This year, I finally returned and began a proper healing journey. My first appointment was physiotherapy with Spirit Donahue, and he immediately made a strong impression. Not only is he deeply knowledgeable, but he also reminded me of something I had forgotten: the mind and the body are connected, and healing requires attention to both. That conversation alone made me take my health seriously in a way I hadn’t before. After that, I booked a massage with Craig Lawrence, RMT, whose treatment was absolutely first‑class. He helped release tension I’d been carrying for far too long. ️ I had three massage therapy sessions with Craig Lawrence, RMT (Nov 28, Dec 10, Dec 17) and each time I left feeling better. He listens carefully to concerns and follows through with focused attention to detail. Then on December 2, 2025 I met Dr. Matthew Bryan, whose professionalism and precise adjustments have made a huge difference in how my body moves and feels. Between November 27, 2025 and today, December 22, 2025 I’ve had 10 differing treatments, and the change has been remarkable. My body, which had been tight and locked up for years, has finally begun to open and heal. Every practitioner I’ve seen here has been professional, respectful, and genuinely committed to my well‑being. I feel safe in their care, and I’m grateful for the skill and dedication they bring to their work. Next year, I will continue this healing process with Diversified Health Clinic, because the progress I’ve made here has truly changed my life.
