I contacted Dilawri regarding a rough texture coating my 6 month old car. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and identified the issue right away. She fit me in for an appointment within a couple of days and ensured the fallout was completely removed from my vehicle. It looked and felt brand new again and I couldn’t be happier with the service. This was my 3rd time having my Jeep Grand Cherokee detailed. They do an amazing job! That’s why I keep coming back. I come every spring mainly to rid of the sand and salt collected from winter roads. A reason I keep coming back, other than they doing an excellent job, is that they offer shuttle service. I dropped my vehicle off early morning and they picked me up the next morning. Highly recommend.

Took my bmw here and was told I was getting a great deal. I paid 627.00 to have the interior and exterior cleaned, polished and waxed. They said it was hand polished and waxed but clearly it wasn't. They left wax all over my car, not just in one or two places. My husband called and they offered to wash it again. But really, for the price I paid I shouldn't have to have it done a second time it should have been done right the first time. Furthermore, after the first mess they left, not a chance am I taking it back there for them to make it more of a mess. So very disappointed with this place.

I have been so busy I have not had time to spring clean my car, Auto spa arranged to pick up my car to detail it and shampoo. Once it was completed they took my car to Nissan service to have it serviced for me. They did an amazing job getting my car clean, the staff provides exceptional customer service. Thank you to both the Auto spa and Nissan for taking care of my car when I was too busy to do it myself.

hi, my name is niljo,yesterday i booked for a platinum detailing package . today morning i received the vehicle back, and its not properly clean[ , front both seat ] they said its shampoo already, but the stain is remain it, another one is meter console is full of marks, not clean properly , both head lambs look like scratch, I talk to the manger regarding this and he say this normal, plastic will fade overtime, i did't get that, coz when i give my vehicle for service there it was not like that,i believe its a magic happens in overnight.?. detailing service they charge me$ 277 . its not wroth it. i waste my money here, if u go some other place they will charge you may be maximum $100. very disappointed . never want to go back there again, and never suggest this place.
