Perhaps a 20% premium on other quotes, but the quality of work and high-end system components makes up for it. No compromises or shortcuts that I can see. I did a lot of research and Mark was patient with all my pre-contract questions and followed up with concerns after the job was done and paid for. It's quite amazing how everything fits beautifully into the relatively small space we had available, yet is fully "maintainable", making it easy to swap out any part that fails in the future. Not a plastic pipe to be seen, all copper. Inspection passed the first try.

After my initial contact with Mark, I knew he was the one to solve the problems I was experiencing with my boiler and heating systems(6000sq ft residence). Over the years I had dealt with several other companies that kept telling me my system only had minor/maintenance issues. Mark inspected the whole system and provided several options, thoroughly explaining each one. I chose a complete system replacement, boilers, furnaces and venting pipe. Mark provided a price quote and explained the whole process saying it would take approx 4 weeks to complete. Upon starting the job, he introduced me to Brenden and all his staff. His crew took great care in protecting anything that required protection...floors, mouldings, stairwells and furniture. They also provided temporary water and heat as I was staying upstairs. They worked on the site daily, and Brenden, often late into the night. They kept the site clean and orderly. Mark kept me informed on progress and again answered any questions I had. The job was completed on schedule and on budget. Mark is still following up and coming over to fine tune the systems as required. I would highly recommend DHL for any mechanical or boiler repair or installation. Overall they were very efficient, courteous, organized and professional.

My experience appears similar to "B"'s below from 6 months ago. This is the first negative review I have provided a service provider, and have otherwise been very pleased with the quality of contractors in Calgary over the last 25 years. Unfortunately I feel this review is necessary. The technician who attended appeared inexperienced and I do not believe diagnosed any issue properly. Upon leaving the technician quoted one price range, but the invoice received from the owner was more than double. The system operates the same as it did before the service call and the cost bears no relation to value provided. Also very disappointed with the unprofessional tone of the email correspondence from the owner.

New radiant heat boiler and hot water tank installed. Mark was quick to come to our rural property to assess and arrange the work. Both he and Brendan were friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable about boiler systems. They consistently kept at the work until completed. Would definitely call them again.

Mark and his son Brenden did a great job from start to finish. Mark’s technical knowledge of proper boiler system design was superior to other proposals and together their install was very clean and professional all around. I have no issues recommending Mark and Brenden for boiler related installs and servicing.

***first picture new install from DHL， you can see the craftsmanship and the attention to detail with the shut-off valves and all the bibs to service without having to turn off the entire boiler system if one part breaks. ***2nd photo is the original install from the home builder in the show home we had purchased. Very knowledgeable and polite team. They were able to diagnose and start installing my new boiler within 3 days and able to answer any questions I had before during and after the install.. Not only were the knowledgeable their craftsmanship is next to none for how good it is.

Mark and his team completed a boiler replacement project / mechanical room overhaul for the underfloor and hot water heating circuits in our home for us recently in 2023. The team's knowledge ,experience and standard of craftsmanship is simply exceptional. Mark is a perfectionist and spotted and recommended multiple improvements to integrate into the design to upgrade the system performance ( and allow enhanced future maintenance) as we worked to replace the 20+ year old floor mounted boiler and associated pipework and controls . The attention to detail during the design, planning installation and quality of work was simply exceptional - our mechanical room has been transformed into a modern high performing machine. I can highly recommend Mark and his team as boiler specialists who you will be able to trust to provide exceptional knowledge , craftsmanship and attention to detail for all your boiler needs .
