First impressions can be very deceiving. As soon as we got a little dust we could see degreaser on the car from front to back from the engine bay cleaning. We could also see that they edged the 3m clear protection film creating a water pocket and on top my change was taken which didn’t bother me until we saw how bad the job really was. Upon seeing the pocket I contacted to asked at what psi they wash and honestly was going to inform them so others don’t get failure from it. Maybe get a touch up wash for the degreaser. Well the response was I don’t know and I’ll have to ask the boss. Then I get a call asking for photos to which I obliged. They then send photos back saying see it was there which are clearly doctored with the area stretched and overlayed. This was rather off putting and I told them the jig was up. They failed to acknowledge the poor wash job or take responsibility but did say the boss would call. Someone did call and left a message from an unknown number with no contact info a few days later but the ship sailed. No business or recommendations for this outfit. Pay a bit more and go to those who have been honest in the community with real reviews. Not friends and ai generated inflators and if you do choose detailz make sure to really look and not accept the little things that you notice after. Edit. Well I see you still don’t acknowledge the missing money or poor wash as for contacting me multiple times I have the receipts with when I was contacted and once is not multiple. I have nothing to gain and no interest in giving you more of my time so I won’t be coming by as you’d like. My interest is giving an honest opinion for others to evaluate. Take care

First time here. Very happy with the look. I noticed the back cover for my suv wasn’t done and they quickly got a guy to clean it for me after I inspected it. Easy to deal with, nice guys.

Great and quick service! Thanks to Omar and his team for taking care of my car. After the detailing, there are some tar stains on my car. Omar took care of that at no extra charge. Great man to work with The detailing is great. Thoroughly cleaned my car inside and out. Smells like a nee car again. Highly recommended shop! Will come back again

I’ve tried many places in different cities, but this is where my search ends! Detailz delivers outstanding customer service and top-notch work. I usually get my vehicle detailed inside and out once a year, and I was never fully satisfied—until I found Detailz.
