I have been going to Dermapure for many years, and I couldn’t say enough positive things about this clinic. The receptionists are always very friendly, helpful and great at problem solving. The clinic itself is very clean, , professional and also has a very welcoming, fresh ambiance, congruent with reducing stress and welcoming healing. The nursing staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been seeing doctor Wong for many years for skin and health concerns. She is a very rare, special doctor, and I feel so grateful to have been in her care for so long. Dr. Wong is an extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough doctor. She a great listener, very detailed , and I’m always left with the feeling that she truly cares. She should be used as the template to teach and train any new professionals joining your clinic! Thanks to your whole team for always making my experience at your clinic a positive one! I will continue to recommend you to others in future. Thanks again!

I’ve been in major need of some self-care and a little glow-up. Years ago, I had a few Hydrafacials at Dermapure before my wedding and still remembered how radiant my skin felt afterward. I decided to book another appointment, and from the moment I walked in, it was the perfect self-care experience. The calming scent in the lobby, the friendly front desk staff, the incredible facial by Alexis, and the honest advice and kind compliments from everyone made it feel so special. I can’t recommend Dermapure enough for all your skincare needs and am already looking forward to going back in a few months!

My daughter Emery and I have had an AMAZING experience with Dr. Wong and staff! We were referred by Plastic Surgeon, Dr. David Williamson in Kelowna. Dr. Wong is a true gem. She has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for my daughter! We have been seeing Dr. Wong since the spring to have a mole/freckle removed from my daughter's nose. The placement and depth of the mole has been tricky for removal. Dr. Wong and her staff have been patient, professional, thorough, diligent and passionate about their care and expertise.
