Dear [Clinic or Office Manager],
I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent phone interaction with your office. I called to cancel an appointment scheduled for my mother, who speaks very little English and would have difficulty communicating.
Unfortunately, the first staff member who answered the call spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive manner. I was raised in an environment where respect is mutual, and we believe in the principle that one reaps what one sows. In response to her tone, I raised mine as well—not to insult, but to mirror the energy I was receiving. When she told me not to speak to her that way, I explained that I was simply responding in the same tone she had initiated, assuming that perhaps this was the expected communication style in your office.
Her reaction was to abruptly say, “You know what—I’m hanging up,” and she ended the call.
I could have left the appointment in your system without canceling it, simply to inconvenience your team. But I chose not to do that, because I don’t believe an entire organization should suffer due to one staff member’s lack of professionalism.
I called again, and this time the representative was courteous and respectful. Despite my frustration from the previous call, I spoke to her kindly, and we were able to cancel the appointment smoothly. Again, mutual respect made all the difference.
I want to emphasize that in any healthcare-related service, rude behavior toward patients or their family members is unacceptable.
Being a woman does not entitle someone to speak disrespectfully to a man and then portray him as the aggressor. I will not remain silent or accept this as normal. Everyone should be held accountable for the tone and respect they bring into a conversation—without exception.
If you are in a leadership role at this facility, I urge you to address this issue with the staff member involved. Professionalism and empathy should be the standard, especially in healthcare.

I visited for screening and treatment today. Logan, a student, was there, and his professor was also present. I’m really happy with the services I’ve received so far. Thanks a bunch!

I have visited this clinic several times. You must understand that you are seeing students who are learning on you. And of course, they make many mistakes, which I have witnessed many times from my personal experience. Unfortunately. But what upset me the most was that the girl who treated my tooth was talking to her assistant in front of me and said that she would never bring her own relatives here to treat their teeth. I understand everything, but that should not be said in front of clients. At least a little respect for people. It’s sad. I do not recommend coming to this clinic to anyone, unless you don’t have insurance.

Do not go there! They call seniors on social assistance, make them wait for two years, and still cannot complete a single tooth. They damage your teeth and mouth, use you for practice, and then send you a higher bill.
They called my mom in January 2024, and now it’s March 2025—yet nothing has been done. They keep calling her, but there’s no progress. Very unqualified doctors and students, especially Jashan Singh, who was a poor student and is now charging my mom for doing nothing.
We spend our gas to take her to the hospital—who will pay for that? We have wasted 15 months of our time.

Great Customer Service. Friendly professional staff who assess you dental needs and determine if you would be a suitable patient for the student dentist. Prices are significantly cheaper however if you have insurance you are required to pay in full upfront and then you'll be reimbursed by you insurance company.
