Highly, highly recommend this place! We were visiting from Seattle and needed assistance, and Joey and his team were incredibly helpful, kind, and truly went above and beyond. They made what would’ve normally been a stressful and frustrating situation so positive, and even pleasant. Thank you so much Joey and the whole crew!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Define Auto Care. I stepped in dog poop and accidentally tracked it into the interior of my car. I called them near closing time and they let me come right away and even stayed late to help me out. They were incredibly professional, quick, and did a spectacular job. They washed the whole area, including a thorough clean of the rubber mat and even shampooed the floor mat. Everything was absolutely spotless. They are trustworthy and every service is done with care and attention to detail. I had tried reaching out to other detailers and no one was willing to help, but they really came through when I was stuck in a nasty situation. Best of the best at Define Auto Care - I won’t go or recommend anywhere else! Location is convenient too, and they give you a ticket to exit the garage at no cost (just go down to P4).
