Dayton responded to my call with a same day appointment, the representative, Delroy was able to complete the job in the same visit. He was professional, clean, and efficient. Invoicing was easy and transparent.

We had a very bad experience with Dayton plumbing company. They came to our Condo, removed the shower parts, and for over seven days they were unable to find replacement parts. Instead, they proposed replacing the entire plumbing system at a very high cost. We then contacted the building management, who were able to locate the parts and fix the problem. Meanwhile, the Dayton plumbing company had taken all the original parts with them, so we had to pay for an Uber at our own expense to pick them up from their office. After all of this, the Dayton company still demanded payment and sent the account to a collection agency. We had to negotiate with the collection agency, pay the amount, and close the file. Please, before agreeing to any work with this Dayton plumbing company, make sure you ask for the full price in advance and proceed carefully from there.

Great reliable and prompt service! I called Dayton Plumbing in the early morning on Dec 24th when I discovered water dripping from the ceiling of my family room. Delroy was able to come that morning and unfortunately he had to cut a hole in the ceiling to find the problem but he was able to fix the leak right away. It was a great relief to have the leak fixed and I appreciate all his hard work. Delroy and Dayton Plumbing is very professional and I would recommend him for any plumbing work.

Amazing professional service and work ethic! I found myself in an unusual situation where my left earbud fell into the sink drain, and I needed professional help retrieving it. I contacted their lovely receptionist, Miss Rochelle, who was incredibly empathetic and efficient in arranging a plumber for me. The plumber arrived promptly and retrieved my earbud within minutes. To prevent anything like this from happening again, he even installed a sinkhole barrier—an incredibly thoughtful and considerate touch. I truly appreciated their excellent service, fair pricing, and overall professionalism. I’m very satisfied and incredibly grateful to have my EarPods back
