My husband and I were in the store today just after noon. The store appeared empty .We knew the names of the colours we wanted but not the numbers. We tried on our own to find the little colour papers for some time but couldn’t, there are hundreds. Eventually I went to the counter, one guy was taking payment for a small purchase and another came so I explained I needed the numbers , bought a new home, having both floors painted. He looked up a couple of numbers, then a woman came in that I took it he knew and he proceeded to visit with her, and visit some more. Then they continued their get together looking at pictures on their phones. I felt uncomfortable continuing to stand at the counter listening to their conversation .Eventually I went back to my husband and we got on our phones to see where else we could buy Benjamin Moore paint. I highly recommend Eastside Paint and Wallpaper, the young woman there had our paint swatches in less time than it took me to write this review. I didn’t think the guy at Days would even notice we were headed to the door he was so animated in his conversation but he did, following us to the car apologizing, and if we would just come back in he would help us now. Well, we were in in and we were ignored and snubbed and not going in again.

Came in to get wallpaper but no one helped me and there was a guy sitting on his phone at his desk. Expected a little bit of a “hello, can I help?” Maybe I’m old school but empty store with no one helping and I walked around for 5 mins.

I’ve utilized Days Paints a few times over the last 5 to 6 years and every time staff has been knowledgeable, helpful and kind. In the last few weeks I’ve popped in and was helped my Rick, he was quick to understand my needs and wants and provided great advice! Friendly and welcoming environment!
