I booked a couples romantic package with my husband, and overall, the spa experience itself was relaxing. The ambiance was nice, the service during the treatment was good, and we genuinely enjoyed the massage. However, what really disappointed me was what happened after the service. When it came time to pay, I left a tip that I felt was fair and appropriate. Unfortunately, the staff member’s attitude changed immediately — she made a face, stopped communicating properly, and was noticeably cold and unresponsive. This made the end of what was supposed to be a peaceful, romantic experience feel uncomfortable and awkward. Tipping should never come with pressure, judgment, or an expectation that makes guests feel disrespected. Did I like the spa itself? Yes. Was the massage relaxing? Yes. Will I return, knowing there seems to be an expectation for higher tips regardless of what is already given? Absolutely not. A great service shouldn’t be overshadowed by unprofessional behavior afterward.

The ladies working in the spa are super nice and friendly. Desirae was absolutely lovely and contributed to the experience. However, I do find the place very overpriced. While my facial and massage were very relaxing, for the same price, I could have had two hours of professional massage. The pedicure was ok although one of my toenails hurts now.

Facial wasnt up to par considering the cost. Not very clean and they were unorganized. They made me pay before receiving my full service. That was weird. I also got a massage and the RMT was great and it was a good massage. She is the reasoning I'm giving 3 stars. She was worth 5 but the experiencing and Facial sucked otherwise. Seems like poor management. I questioned if the girl doing the facial was even trained tbh. I attended this same spa years ago and it was awesome but completely different people.

Desserae did my oxegeno facial. Such a sweet girl. Took time to explain everything and felt truly relaxed. Felt that she cared that I genuinely should have great experience. Highly recommend her.

We had a ladies spa day. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Sanjar gave amazing massage. Megan- a meticulous pedicure and then finished with facial. Skin feels amazing, stress has melted away. Location was clean and calm. Thank you so much We will return.
