The staff are absolutely fabulous, not many places around anymore where customer service comes first. I will be using them for all my repairs from now on. They made my experience go so smoothly, and the repairs are great, can’t even tell that I swiped the side of my Jeep. Special thanks to Nicole she’s lovely, keeps right on top of everything, and makes sure you are updated on everything.

My husband had a great experience here a year ago with a hail damage claim. So I was happy to also give them a try for an overspray insurance claim & I am beyond happy with my experience with CSN. All staff that I dealt with start to finish were wonderful & professional. They have a texting update service that was more than just automated responses. The work is superior. They went back to my insurance company to be sure that everything was taken care of right the first time. (I had coworkers with the same claim that were unfortunately misquoted & worked missed from other companies.) I'm extremely happy. My car came out better than I had it before the claim. They even organized & tidied my interior. Little extras to go above and beyond make for just an exceptional experience. Highly recommend. Would definitely use again in the future for any kind of work they offer.

My car was brought in to finish up an insurance claim- there was a small dent in my car door. One that required my door to be removed from the car then repainted. Not only did they do this in a timely matter, the paint matches perfectly to the rest of the car. However the best part was that they cleaned the inside of my car. It looked so great!!! I definitely will use them in the future and refer others there too. Thank you so much!

CSN is a professional body shop that focuses on quality repairs. Every step of the process i was involved to determine exactly what was needed and what i wanted as the customer. Richard and his team are top notch and care about what they do. You are given options to source parts to save money where you can without sacrificing quality. I would highly recommend CSN and Richard and his team!
