Had a great experience at CSN advance! I primarily dealt with Gabriel, who was very kind and knowledgable. The team did a great job repairing my vehicle and everything was very seamless (from going through insurance, to setting me up with a rental car). I got an appointment quickly, and the repair was completed in a few short days (shorter than they estimated timeline). Would definitely return - thanks!

Have used CSN advance before. They are always on time professional and very detailed oriented. They return your vehicle with the interior and exterior all washed vacuumed and clean. They go above and beyond making sure all details are worked out. The staff are wonderful to deal with.

Second time taking a car in here and again am surprised by the quality of their work. I feel like I've lucked out finding this place, and they've certainly earned my trust and locked themselves in as my go-to if ever I need an auto body shop, and I highly recommend them to anyone else in need of one. I’ve used Advance preciously and they have always been professional, courteous and efficient. The repairs made my vehicle look new again; and they washed my vehicle after the repair! Would definitely recommend them anytime.

Beware of this shop! This body shop looks good from the outside, but has somehow given my vehicle back to me with more damage than initially brought in with. They also somehow repaired things that didn’t need to be repaired charged ICBC for repairs that weren’t done including the inside passenger door panel, which then they asked me to not tell BCAA And that they would fix it. After doing that they offered to assist me to line up my doors with a hinge issue that I was having for me to find out that they didn’t even attempt to do this because none of the bolt were adjusted and the hinges were exactly the same. . They called this a Goodwill gesture haha. They are liars And slightly incompetent. Hopefully my meeting with Chek News next week can help to steer people away from this collision repair shop and hopefully save people the pain and suffering that I’ve been going through since the summer with this initially incurred. If anyone has any questions or needs to see paperwork or any more pictures with regards to this, please let me know And I’ll be more than happy to show you whatever you need. *Thanks for your yet again lies. This just proves my point about this entire issue. I just wish the shop would take responsibility for the lies and damage that had occurred. Even when responding to a review they can’t be honest. * STAY AWAY from this shop, the owner and Tyler are awful. I’ve opened up a concern with ICBC, reported them to BBB, and am currently pursuing other avenues to make sure this shop doesn’t continue doing TERRIBLE WORK for people who’ve already been through emotional and stressful accidents.
