I havent been to the dentist in a number of years, so I wasnt sure what I would be in for - But Chris (Christine) made me feel so comfortable. She explained the process thoroughly, checked in constantly, and provided feedback on my dental health that I really appreciated. The team always tries to work with my schedule, and provides timely notifications for appointments. All in all, it is a fantastic office with friendly staff who understand adults with dental phobias - so happy to have come here, and will continue to keep going regularly!

I came to this office at the recommendation of Reddit users and google reviews, specifically because I haven’t been to the dentist in 10 years and I was really scared to go! Many users recommended this dental office for their kind and understanding service. I felt so welcomed immediately, and everyone was so compassionate, thorough, friendly, and competent. I felt like I was in good hands and I really appreciated how understanding every professional involved was in my dental care. They also really took the time to educate me about what was going on with the state of my teeth and how it can be improved, without any judgement! I strongly recommend this dentist! On all fronts, I’m confident they will take good care of you.

I’ve been coming to Crosstown Dental for years. A friend recommended Dr. Chang, and I’ve seen him ever since - he is the best! Always friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend booking with him. Riana at the front desk is always welcoming and accommodating! Harnet the dental assistant, is wonderful as well. And today I saw Dr. Katherine for the first time, she was fantastic and even made time to fill an additional cavity that was found during my visit.

Crosstown Dental consistently provides excellent care. The team is professional, organized, and attentive. Their text reminders are incredibly helpful, and they always work around my schedule, which I truly appreciate. The dentist I highly recommend at this location is Dr. Philip Chang. His professionalism, clear communication, and meticulous approach make every visit comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable dental care.

This is definitely the best dentist I’ve been to in Vancouver. I have been coming for 10 years now (my whole family comes here as they’re great with kids and people who are anxious at appointments too. The staff make reasonable recommendations and explain what they’re doing (not just try to max out your benefits plan). Staff are super friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend to you for the whole family!
