Great CrossFit group of coaches here. Super patient with newcomers, and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at ease in the learning process. Their facility is great, clean and well equipped. I appreciated and would recommend their fundamental classes.

I’m so happy to be back at CrossFit Seven! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and supported, just like before. I really missed being a part of this community, and it feels amazing to be able to call myself a member again. The coaches, the atmosphere, and the people make all the difference—it truly feels like home.

I’ve been coming to CrossFit seven for over a year now. Today I had coach Abby and coach Kaitlyn. They are both amazing coaches, mentors, and overall people. The workouts are hard, but very rewarding. The coaches always make it fun, and keep us all in the right form and headspace. I look forward to coming to CrossFit seven every Tuesday and Thursday! The coaches make the experience.

I joined CrossFit Seven 6 months ago with zero CrossFit experience and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made! Kaitlynn, Dave, and all the other coaches and members have been so welcoming and encouraging! It’s truly such a supportive and fun community! They really focus on proper technique and take the time to progress through the movements to make sure everyone is safe! There are modifications to every workout no matter what your skill level is! I love seeing the progress I’ve made in such a short time and can’t wait to continue getting stronger with the help of everyone at CrossFit Seven! Highly suggest joining this great community!

Thank You Kaitlynn and David for hosting us at the Babes Gone RX comp this past weekend! We had a blast, the space is bright, open, inviting and very inclusive. Every member and team was super nice and it is a beautiful space to discover your fitness journey. Equipment is top notch and we love the extra care going into cleaning and organizing! Looking forward to next comp together!
