I have been working out at CrossFit Regina since Jan of this year. I have been to so many CrossFit boxes across the globe. But this place is just great. Awesome coaches. Awesome community. Awesome place to enjoy a good workout.

Spent a week in Regina for my son’s kayak national championships. Lots of free time on my hands so I went and worked out. Being a CrossFitter I sought out a box in Regina. They offered a one week pass for $60. Good value since I went 6 times. Very nice facility with friendly people. I enjoyed my visit and if I found myself in Regina again, I would definitely come back.

It's all about the amazing community that the team at CFR has created. It's supportive and encouraging regardless of your fitness level, with an even balance of challenge and great instruction. It's a great way to start my day a few times a week!

Excellent place to do group workouts. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or more advanced, there are always workout options which match your needs. Very friendly and welcoming people, both coaches as well as members. I started going here about 2 years ago and convinced my girlfriend to go here too. Would definitely recommend to other people.
