Today was my first time back into the CF community after a 18month plus break ( plus added 30 lbs). When I walked into CF FNA Jen was very welcoming and made me feel like part of the FNA family. She took her time working with me to learn the proper movements so I did not get hurt. For our main WOD she helped me scale it back to keep up my stimulus and not over do it. I look forward to attending another class with Jen as my instructor.

Would definitely recommend going here if you’re a beginner or a CrossFit vet. The atmosphere is good and so are the people. The owner/ Coach Mike is very knowledgeable and professional as well as the rest of the staff. In my opinion FNA’s moto humble, hungry, happy it’s a great way to describe the experience of this gym.

I love going to CrossFit FNA. This gym has a very welcoming and supportive community. The coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging. The work outs have a good variety and different work out options depending on your fitness level or ability. The gym itself is clean and well organized. I would recommend this gym to any of my friends.

Recently started at the gym, and since the very first day I was welcomed with open arms and positive energy. The gym is friendly, not intimidating at all (regardless of your experience levels), the coaches have been patient, helpful and highly encouraging. The 0600hrs classes are tons of fun and they make you a morning person in no time! The gym is well organized, tidy, well maintained and well equipped. Their subscriptions also offer you a wide variety of affordable options to accommodate your life schedule. Great place to start if you are interested in dipping your toes!
