This company is definitely a group of true professionals. The initial phone call was wonderful. The lady on the phone is top notch. She was knowledgeable and willing to help me in any way as quickly as possible !! She had the BEST customer service !! I had flickering lights and I was pretty concerned . I had another electrical company come out and look. That company didnt fix the issue. They told me to call sask power. Saskpower came out to look outside and said I had an issues with wires going from my house to the meter base. Saskpower proceeded to just tell me to get someone to fix it ? They closed it up and turned my power back on. I was even more freaked out, because if it was an issue why did you turn the power back on. I called previous electrical company back and they had said I needed a whole system replacement if that was the case. He gave me a quote and said he probably wouldnt take on that kind of job during winter. I made a post on Facebook looking for someone to do a full electrical panel replacement. Dan from Croft reached out and then I ended up talking to the nice lady on the phone. She sent out a crew preparing for the worst! The guys that came were great . An electrician and another that was learning. The electrician was super knowledgeable and knew something wasnt adding up with what was happening. They checked out my panel and tightened up anything that needed. The electrician had found everything to be safe and in working order! We turned on everything to try to see if flickering lights would happen. The lights haven't flickered since he tightened it up ! They also knew sask power wouldnt have closed that up if there was an issue. They mentioned from my the picture the outside wires had frost so there was no heat on them. This electrician was great. In fact I do not need a full system upgrade yet :) thank you so much for your excellent service.. I will be calling Croft Electric from now on !! Just a great group of professionals!!

Previous to Croft, my father had an electrian that we used for our electrical needs. The bills were high and when something they installed stopped working the comment was , i install, i don’t support. So we switched to Croft Electric. What a world of difference! They are so professional, on time and careful with your property. Cody was kind enough to search for a different outdoor outlet cover for us on one of our exterior plugs to make it easier to plug in(side opening versus vertical). He gave us estimates on the spot and showed us how to change the colour of the light on our pot-lights. Would highly recommend Croft Electric.

The Croft team has done good work for us for years across two homes. Recently they installed two outdoor outlets in Hardie Board siding that look so good you would've thought they were always there. Very pleased with the work and front office staff is very professional, so I will keep coming back to Cody and the Croft team. Thanks again Croft!
