We have been looking for a new mechanic for our vehicles since our last trustworthy mechanic retired. We have tried a couple of different shops - just starting the relationship with Crestview and first check in was very good. They assessed our vehicle and suggested what needed to be taken care of right away and what can wait. Very good communication throughout the process!

Hands down the worst experience with a mechanic shop we’ve had. According to the contact person we had, the mechanic was insisting that we dig in on parts of the motor that had nothing to do with the problem despite my husband having enough mechanical knowledge to contradict what he was suggesting. The extra hours and constantly bumping the truck “due to tire season” was beyond frustrating and cost our 20 year old daughter more money than necessary. We thought with it being advertised as a small family run business we would be safe. A person might have to take advantage of their auto repair financing options to be able to afford their services.

Polite, professional service. Not only were they willing to work on an usual vehicle, but they were able to accommodate the small but necessary repair into their day, even as a walk-in customer. Reminded me strongly of the old-fashioned kind of small-town customer service once common in this country.

Great experience every time! No matter what vehicle or the issue we have, the crew at Crestview is always helpful and figures out our issues! They get the work done quickly and have great communication through out the entire process. I would recommend this shop for any work you need done!

Crestview auto service has some of the most determined and intelligent techs and service writers in the city. I have a 2005 Chevy blazer problem Child that they have diligently worked on many times and the results are always fantastic! They always stay true to their quotes and sometimes it’s even less. They are the best!
