I recently had a small windshield chip and crack repaired after having a poor job performed by a car dealership in Sherwood Park. I made an appointment for the next day at 8:00 am. Crackmaster St. Albert did a great job fixing the chip/crack and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Very friendly service and they do very high quality work.

Crackmaster repaired an 11 inch crack and a chip the size of a quarter in my windshield for $60. It took 20 minutes to complete the work. I am very happy they were able to repair the crack so that it would not continue to spread. I was under the impression that size of crack would require the windshield to be replaced. Service was great from making the appointment to driving away with my repaired windsheild. I would definitely recommend St. Albert Crackmaster.

I arrived at Crackmasters at the started of the day because my new vehicle had just taken a massive rock chip. I was hoping they could help me with a quick repair at some point during the day. The receptionist wasn’t overly friendly and told me they are booking into the next week, saying there was no way she could fit me in earlier. She suggested I try calling another Crackmasters location and offered their number, but I felt like I was an annoyance to her so I decided to leave and search the location myself. I called the other location myself and was able to get in within an hour for the 15 minute repair. While my experience with the first location was disappointing, I was grateful that I was able to get help quickly elsewhere.

A big shout out to Kim and Warren for the great job last week. Our Subaru rear window shattered and needed a quick replacement. Gave Kim a call and was next day scheduled. Needed a a couple of front window chips done as well. Great work for a value price. When we got in the vehicle, the front window was like new - had to go back inside and say did you replace it as well. Friendly and community focused.
