If I could give Lina who did my manicure and the young lady who did my pedicure 10 stars I would. Exceptional service. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Lina did exactly the shape I was looking for and took the time to trim the dry skin around my nails. I absolutely love the color 😍

I absolutely love this Salon, the staff are all super nice and it's meticulously clean. I've had haircuts and facial waxing andwas very satisfied.I've had awesome experiences there and will recommend them for sure. I will definitely be going back.

Lina did my nails and she was amazing. This might be the best I’ve ever had gel nails done before! The staff were very friendly and a clean environment. Lina was very particular yet efficient and prices are reasonable. I will be back!

Very nice place, staff are friendly and easy to speak too. I had a pedicure and filling, and was extremely satisfied with the service. I believe I have found my new forever spa! Thank you.

Had a fabulous pedicure with shellac at Cozy! Very relaxing. Super thorough and gentle. I opted for the herbal foot soak and enjoyed the earthy scents. Was able to book same day which was handy. Would recommend.

Oct 10, 2025 i was to have 2 appointments, but I only received 1, Left without receiving my 2 appointment, which was a nail fill. I received my appointment notifications via text. When I showed up for my pedicure there seem to be walk-ins coming in. My nail fill was not for over an hour, and I had a pedicure, which I had also booked. The pedicure was great. The polish didn’t last the week, but I digress. My biggest complaint is the appointment I booked for my nail fill For 3:30 still had someone in Quinn’s chair, my technician, at 4:30. I mentioned I was to have an appointment with her at 3:30 and the customer who was sitting in the chair, said the person she was supposed to see was not available so they gave her to Quinn. Somehow, Quinn was surprised that she had an appointment with me for 3:30. I was asked if I could come back tomorrow. I left very discouraged and not happy. The Appointment I had with Quinn earlier in the month, resulted in the gel polish peeling off the very next day. Mind you, it was not the gel polish I chose, a woman came over and took my gel polish that I had chosen and given it to the customer next to me. OKAY? Due to time restraints because of events I had to go to I wasn’t able to come back the next day To get my nails fixed because I had left town. I originally put a post on the day my appointment was not fulfilled and they called me and told me they would fix my nails, Yeah, that’s what I was there for, And it didn’t happen, they wanted me to come back the next day, once again, i am too busy to just keep coming back to get my nails fixed. I took my original post down because I had some information incorrect. I felt that was the right thing to do So I went through Thanksgiving an 80th birthday party another birthday party all with peeling nails. I did not complain when it originally happened, the peeling nails, because I did not have time to come back and have them fixed. I did not ask them to redo them for FREE. I just wanted them done so they look nice for Thanksgiving. To reiterate, I was not trying to get anything for FREE. You need better management, better something, so you know when you have an appointment especially when it’s on your calendar. And you need to make things right when you error. Especially a big error like this one I’m back now, I have time to have my nails fixed. Do I go back to cozy Nails or do I find another place?
